因为疫情的缘故,澳大利亚的边界在2021年仍旧关闭,2017 年的相对自由感觉就像是一个遥远的世界。回首当年11月的北京考察之旅,我很高兴重温了一些我在首都周围的几家艺术家工作室和画廊拍摄的肖像照片——草场地、宋砖、禾各砖、东便门和798 只是其中的一部分。我非常感谢有机会与中国许多杰出的艺术家建立联系,尤其是通过与杰夫·拉比(Geoff Raby)在他的中国当代艺术收藏方面的合作。以下是其中的一些图片:
